I am 14 years old and currently in Year 10 at Hardenhuish School in Chippenham. I am a very practical person and I like to ‘tinker’ with things, machinery etc, taking the item apart and putting it back together again, just to see how it all works, which drives my mum crazy!

I have Autistic Spectrum Disorder, not severely, but it does affect my learning and my daily life. In the past I have found it tricky to make friends and form strong bonds with peers, but this is improving as I get older and I am also learning to deal with certain social situations. I used to find it really hard to work together as a team in group arrangements, but I am also getting better at this too.

I play a lot of cricket and also help the coaches during the cricket training sessions with a group of younger children too. I like the outdoors, and spend much of my time during the school holidays in West Wales with my Uncle who has a dairy farm. I see my future career as being something to do with agriculture, either working on a farm, or as an agricultural engineer.
